How to Watch Livestream Performances

All Main Stage concerts are streamed free online and remain available on demand for one week after each performance, so you can enjoy the Festival from anywhere.

Ticket Returns, Exchanges, and Donations

We are happy to help if your plans change. Tickets may be returned up to 24 hours before the performance for a credit toward another concert in the same season, an exchange, or as a tax-deductible donation. Please note that all programs and artists are subject to change without notice.

Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is canceled by the Festival.

What to Expect

We want you to feel relaxed and welcome at our performances, and there is no formal dress code. Concerts at Hanna Center take place indoors in an air-conditioned venue with accessible seating. Our Alfresco concerts are held outdoors, so we encourage you to check the weather in advance and dress comfortably. Out of courtesy to fellow guests, we kindly ask that large hats or other items that may block sightlines be removed during the performance.

To help everyone enjoy the performance, please silence and put away phones and other mobile devices. Flash photography is not permitted.
