How to Watch Livestream Performances

All Main Stage concerts are streamed free online and will be available on demand for one week following the performance. 

Ticket Returns, Exchanges, and Donations

We welcome ticket returns for a credit, exchange, or donation. You may return your ticket up to 24 hours prior to performance for a ticket credit (to be used within the same season), an immediate exchange, or a tax-deductible donation. All programs and artists are subject to change without notice. 

We cannot refund tickets except in the case we cancel an event.  

What to Expect

We want you to feel comfortable at our performances, so there is no formal dress code. Concerts at Hanna Center are held indoors in an air-conditioned venue with accessible seating. Our Alfresco concerts take place outdoors, so we recommend checking the weather in advance and dressing for the conditions. Out of consideration for fellow guests, we kindly ask that large hats or other items that may block sightlines be removed during the performance.

We ask that phones or other mobile devices be put away and placed on silent mode during performances. Flash photography is strictly prohibited because it is very distracting to the performers and audience.
