FAQs for a Livestream Concert

Frequently Asked Questions
Welcome to the 8th Annual Valley of the Moon Music Festival!
Here is a guide to help you through any virtual concert trouble-shooting.

    1. Where is the link for the livestream?
Before each concert, you’ll receive an automated email from our ticketing service Tix.com that includes the link to watch the concert and the link for the program book and song translations. Be sure to check your spam folder!
    2. I am having trouble with my sound. What should I do?
The safest way to listen to concerts is through the VMMF YouTube channel. Try closing all browsers and then re-opening them. Then click the YouTube link in the latest email from us or on our website. You may also go directly to our YouTube channel. We recommend headphones!
If you are still having trouble, email support@valleyofthemoonmusicfestival.org for assistance.
    3. Can I see a program book for the entire 2022 Festival?
Yes! You can download it from the VMMF homepage or in the email you received.
    4. Can I listen if I am not available on the concert day? Maybe I live in Europe and it’s 1:00 in the morning!
Yes! As a patron, the Youtube link will be available for you to view after the concert.
    5. I don’t want to see live-chatting during the concert. I just want to listen as if I were in the concert hall. What do I do?
Just expand your YouTube screen to full size and the chat will disappear!
    6. How can I find out more about the performing artists?
Please refer to our Festival Program for more information. Artist bios are listed toward the end of the book.
    7. I was watching on my TV and didn’t know how to donate. Where do I go?
Great question! Donations can be made here! Donate buttons are also included in your Festival reminder emails. Your contribution ensures that VMMF can contribute to our vision of expanding the horizons of emerging musicians & creating a thriving community surrounding Classical & Romantic chamber music performed on period instruments.
